Grapes are harvested manually when ripe, soft pressing, cold cleaning of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature.

Pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Floral, very persistent, with notes in particular of jasmin and lavender.
TASTE
Balanced with pleasing crispness and elegance.
PAIRING
Ideal with starters, delicate main dishes and fish.
