In order to obtain high quality grapes, the production per-hectare is always considerably lower than what required by the production regulation. To give a distinctive imprinting to our wine, particular clones of Verdicchio of ancient origin were selected from old plants, to be used in the new vineyards. For Mancini company commitment in quality starts from the care of vineyards, through a low environmental impact management and carefully following the whole production cycle up to the final stage of bottling and packaging.
