TECHNIQUES
Once matured, for every variety grapes are harvested manually and fermented singularly with selected yeast and different times of maceration of the skins, according to the vintage .

In steel at controlled temperature.
COLOUR
Lively ruby-red.
SCENT
Prevailing red fruits scent, with floral shades of violet and cyclamen
TASTE
Soft, fresh, smooth, with a sweet tannin giving a balanced amplitude to the palate .
PAIRING
Main dishes with a strong flavour, meat both red and white , cold cuts .
