Produced from a selection of pomace of Verdicchio variety, coming from our vineyards. The distillation is made with the traditional bainmarie discontinuous method, which, slow and expensive, allows to obtain a high level quality product .
it is cristalline in transparence, with intense scent , pleasantly aromatic, typical of the original vine. It is pleasantly smooth.
