This wine is obtained by means of early harvesting of the
grapes from our vines. The grapes are pressed delicately and
the must is left to ferment at a low temperature using selected
yeast. We obtain a straw-yellow coloured wine with hints of
green; it has a rich, pleasant and delicately light fruity
It has a dry and sapid taste with well-balanced soft sensations.
It is particularly recommended as an aperitif and is an excellent
accompaniment for Italian style starters, seafood first courses
